Aakanksha Mamtora – Director

Aakanksha, alumni of MICA & Xavier’s, is the fountainhead of career guidance and counseling at Benchmark Hr Solutions (I) Pvt Ltd. She joined as the Head-Learning Initiatives and since then has grown strength to strength. Aakanksha has single handedly launched our career portal www.careerguruindia.in. She has an experience of several years in the field of training and organization development. She has held management positions at Transformers & Rectifiers and has administered training functions at Ace Corporate and Careerguruindia.in. During her career span of 11 years, Aakanksha’s expertise has led to the evolution of a myriad of training programmes: Leadership, Behavioral, HR/OB Interventions, Communication and Accent, Business Ethics, Soft Skills, Inter-Cultural Sensitization, Global Business Etiquette, Image Management and Team Dynamics. She has several progrrammes to her credit including a discourse on Business Etiquettes at “IIM-Chaos” as Guest Lecturer, several lectures as a Guest Speaker at various colleges like Gujarat Law Society, HL Commerce College, Rai University,EILM University & Karnavati club members.
