Inventory Control - Finished Goods and Raw Material
100% Capacity utilization through proper planning, selection and execution of orders. Detailed analysis of Non-Adherance & related activities in the plant. Detailed analysis of Production, First pass Yield & Scrap for the month Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Strong customer service experience preferred

Planning
Day wise production planning for all stages of production as per monthly plan
Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Planning and Development
Recommends new policies or procedures as necessary.
Manages assembly of cost control and statistical data and the development of Non moving/slow moving inventory.
Approves process specification and design standards.
Prepares and controls Departmental Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly budget.
Coordination with Marketing & Dispatch team for execution of production and dispatch plan for the month/quarter. Preparation of production planning and production deadline charts to meet targets and commitments to Customers.
3.
Work Study & Analysis.
Manages work assignments in staffing, scheduling, coordinating, and planning.
Organizes and coordinates with various sections of manufacturing.
Plans and establishes production schedules and follows up performance against estimates.
Ensuring Optimal utilization of Material, Manpower and Resources, to also involve in production process

Deep understanding of manufacturing process (Specially winding) of power transformer 25 MVA/132 KV class & above.
Should have working knowledge of types of windings being used in power transformers above 100 MVA/220 Kv class.
Should posses general engineering knowledge & thinking. Should have information about productivity norms of present plant.
Should have knowledge of winding sizing process.
Working knowledge of 400 KV class winding will be an added advantage.

Candidate possessing knowledge of :
Safety Standards:
to advise the concerned departments in planning and organizing measures necessary for the effective control of personal injuries;
to advise on safety aspects in all organizational work, and to carry out detailed job safety studies of selected the work;
to check and evaluate the effectiveness of the action taken or proposed to be taken to prevent personal injuries;
to advise the purchasing and stores departments in ensuring high quality and availability of personal protective equipment;
frame departmental safety rules and safe working practices in consultation with the various departments or authorities; and supervise and guide in respect of safety precautions to be taken while handling dangerous cargo.
Safety Audits:
to carry out safety inspections of organizational work in order to observe the physical conditions of work and the work practices and procedures followed by workers and to render advice on measures to be adopted for removing the unsafe physical conditions and preventing unsafe actions by workers;
to investigate all fatal and other selected accidents;
to investigate the cases of occupational diseases contracted and reportable dangerous occurrences;
